Friday's exercise was a 31/2 mile run.
Saturday was a 3 mile walk with 1/2 mile run, the running seemed really difficult.
Monday I did super fit body tape and I was sore for 3 days!
Tues. was a 3 mile walk
Wed. was 3 mile walk.
Thurs. was Zumba and a 1 mile walk around the block.
Fri. was Leslie Sansone's 5 mile walk tape.
Sat. was no exercise, I was feeling super tired in the morning and I felt a sore throat coming on.

*Wednesday I walked 4 miles, burned 609 calories.

*Today I ran 3 miles and burned 689 calories, afterburn about 150 cals. in 30 min. It took me about 44 min. to run that far. The first mile was 13 minutes.

*Saturday I ran the Shamrock Shuffle 5K. This was my first 5K, I did it in 41:10, a 79 year old lady beat me by 3 minutes!! I am still happy, I ran most of it, but I did walk 2 times for a total of about 1/2 mile. There were quite a few people who came in behind me!

* Monday I walked 3 miles, my hamstrings are super tight from the race!

* Walked three miles however, every lap for the first two miles was 1/2 walking then 1/2 jogging. I burned 545 cal.

* Today we walked 2 laps then jogged 1 lap for 2 miles, then walked 4 laps of with stairs. Burned 600 cal. I came home and did 10 lb. slimdown lower body. Burned another 200 cals.

Yesterday I walked 3 miles and then did 10 pound slimdown upper body.

Friday we did Zumba live and burned 500 cal. and then I walked/jogged .8 miles in about 10 min., up to 650 cal. total burned with Zumba.

Saturday was the Spring Ring, so no exercise except for ringing which was over 2900 cal. day.

Jogged for one mile on the treadmill, 14:40 min. Jogged at 4.4mph pace for most of it.
Walked another 10 min. on treadmill.
Total calorie burn 900 including breaks to take the kids to school.

Today I walked one lap then ran one lap. I did this for 3 miles. The indoor track I run on requires 13 1/2 laps to make a mile, that is why I always do about 1-2 laps extra. Anyway that means that I ran for 1 & 1/2 miles and walked the same amount. I burned 610 calories. I came home and did 20 minutes of 10 lb. slimdown, upper body.

I haven't posted forever but I decided that I can use my blog to record my exercise for my own personal use. This week I have exercised every day so far. Today I walked 2 miles and ran 1 mile. I did 20 minutes of 10 lb. slimdown core. It was hard, I used 8 lb. weights.
