*Today did 40 min. of The Wave, Rock it Off. Also ran 2 miles. First mile 13 minutes, second mile was slower. Burned 458 calories running.

It was so hard for me to run a mile at that pace! I was breathing hard.

Jogged for one mile on the treadmill, 14:40 min. Jogged at 4.4mph pace for most of it.
Walked another 10 min. on treadmill.
Total calorie burn 900 including breaks to take the kids to school.

I did stairs with walking at the rec. center until I had burned 250 cal.
My legs are stiff from yesterday's lower body.

I walked at our elementary school this morning 6:10-7:10. I couldn't measure how far I went, but I am sure it was over 3 miles. I did a little bit of running, maybe a 1/2 mile. I burned 700 cals.

Today I walked one lap then ran one lap. I did this for 3 miles. The indoor track I run on requires 13 1/2 laps to make a mile, that is why I always do about 1-2 laps extra. Anyway that means that I ran for 1 & 1/2 miles and walked the same amount. I burned 610 calories. I came home and did 20 minutes of 10 lb. slimdown, upper body.
