Today I walked one lap then ran one lap. I did this for 3 miles. The indoor track I run on requires 13 1/2 laps to make a mile, that is why I always do about 1-2 laps extra. Anyway that means that I ran for 1 & 1/2 miles and walked the same amount. I burned 610 calories. I came home and did 20 minutes of 10 lb. slimdown, upper body.

1 1/2 miles walked
1 1/2 miles ran
2o minutes upper body weights
