Saturday was a 3 mile walk with 1/2 mile run, the running seemed really difficult.
Monday I did super fit body tape and I was sore for 3 days!
Tues. was a 3 mile walk
Wed. was 3 mile walk.
Thurs. was Zumba and a 1 mile walk around the block.
Fri. was Leslie Sansone's 5 mile walk tape.
Sat. was no exercise, I was feeling super tired in the morning and I felt a sore throat coming on.
